Eleanor Anne Sweet is an 18+ year expert of organizational management improvement. She has studied success and leadership and its effect on organizations that range from privately held organizations to major Fortune 500 corporations. She has spent the majority of her professional career helping the best and brightest  professionals in America create a more positive impact to their companies’ bottom line.

Eleanor has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, other newspapers, major trade journals, radio, TV and additional publications. She has authored four books. Her three newest books are, Success Secret #1- How to Hit a Homerun  with Your Resume (December 2013) , Success Secret #2 - Interview Questions That Change the Game! (January 2014) and Success Secret #3 - Secrets of the Job Search for the Over 50 Crowd (February 2016). Her fifth book, Leading to Success – The Female Advantage, will be published the end of 2019.

Sweet was recently awarded 2016 Influential Women in Business (The Business Ledger), Women of Distinction – Lake County and nominated for the ATHENA International Leadership Award.

Eleanor Anne Sweet has an MBA (Executive Master Program) from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She received her undergraduate degree from Boston College with a B.S. in Marketing. Eleanor’s corporate professional career was with GE Lighting and Salton in new product and sales management capacities.

Purple Giraffe Consulting , a division of The Remington Group, LLC , offers organizational leadership team training and consulting that specializes in “no nonsense” solutions and results for small businesses.

Eleanor has been a guest speaker for the City of Chicago - Small Business Cente - Business Education Workshops sine 2014.

For the past four years, Eleanor has been involved as a mentor/coach with the BHS Incubator Program, which supports small business startups locally.
